You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering, and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
All coupons, promo codes and deals are supplied by third-party merchants or their official partners. We work hard to keep offers accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every code will work for every user, product or region. Redemption terms (minimum spend, exclusions, expiry) are set by the merchant, not by BossCoupons.
Brands may register on the Site to publish their own coupons. By applying, a brand confirms that it is authorised to represent the business named in its application and that all submitted offers are genuine, currently available and accurately described. We review every application and every submission, and we may reject, suspend or remove any brand or offer at our sole discretion. Brand listings must not include misleading claims, expired codes, referral links or contact details within coupon fields.
You agree not to: (a) scrape, harvest or copy Site content for commercial reuse without written permission; (b) submit false votes, automated clicks or any artificial traffic; (c) interfere with Site operation, security or infrastructure; (d) impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any brand; (e) upload malicious code or attempt unauthorised access.
The Site's design, text, graphics, logos and software are owned by BossCoupons or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Merchant trademarks and store logos remain the property of their respective owners and appear for identification purposes only.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BossCoupons disclaims all liability for any loss arising from use of the Site, including failed codes, out-of-date offers, or losses arising from transactions between you and merchants.
